  We have just come back from the three day hike on Fraser island. We found this company to be excellent.we hired the walking packs (well worth it as our packs were not suitable). The tents & cooking utentls supplied were all very clean and in great condition. The information about the track was accurate & informative. The transfers were all in time. This was a great experience and now want to do more. Thank you

  Absolutely fantastic experience, an absolute must do! Our tour guide Stu "whoop whoop'' was an bloody legend, super knowledgeable about the island and crammed the most into our trip and always happy! Never saw him eat though...? Man's a machine.

  We booked the vehicle 2 weeks in advance and confirmed via e-Mail 2 weeks in advance. When I (luckily) wanted to reconfirm the day before, the guy said that there was no booking. So I sent the confirmation again. Apparently they lost my booking. So only after I put some pressure on the owner, he said he will try to book us on a ferry. Unfortunately there was only the 3pm ferry left, so we had 2 hours less on Fraser Island.

  Had a blast! Our tour guide Scott was amazing, fun and informative. My partner and I did the 2day/1night tour and loved every second of it! I would highly recommend this tour!

  Okay, stuff like that happens, I understand. But the weird part was that the owner did not apologize even once. When I asked about a discount because of their mistakes he was just complaining about how hard they were working these days like it was my fault. Furthermore he said that I already got "an amazing deal". In the end he offered me a cooker for free, but the next day made me pay 30$ extra for plates, cutlery, an old esky and an old pan, which I found kind of ridiculous, since I thought that's obviously included with the cooker.

  Fraser Island was awesome, BUT I would definitely hire from a different company.
