  Cannot fault Storage First at Hervey Bay. Lance went out of his way to assist in my move from FNQ dealing with drop-off of multiple removalist loads even when after hours. Price is the best in town and the facilities are clean, secure and easily accessible.

  Helpfull friendly staff, secure site. However they failed to notify that they have a mice problem. I had my boxes and gear in the shed for 5 weeks Sept / Oct 2017 and when picked up my gear and had taken it back to my newly built home i seen mice run out of some of the boxes. Now i know why they had many mice traps/ black boxes in every corner you walked. All the boxes were packed then placed in the removal truck, nothing sitting in boxes stored at rental.

  Helped me out on a Sunday with no notice and the owner away but he still took the time to organise storage for me. Incredible service and fully deserving of their high rating. I would recommend them to anyone for their customer service and great facility.

  Staff & facilities are excellent. Stored our furniture for 18 months with no problems at all. Highly recommend. Would definitely store again.
