  Beautiful room on the ground floor straight onto the pool, which I'm sure was heated! Very quiet during the evening and night. Never heard the other guests at all. Free towels for the pool. You can book your Fraser Island tours from reception. I really enjoyed my stay. Wish it could have been longer.

  Cleaning staff knocking on the door 30 min early to clean tp get an early start.. pretty ordinary. Located in a excellent location.

  But very complicated payment and check in process as some rooms are owned by different people and don't charge back from the business downstairs.

  Great spot, first impression from the reception is pretty average however the rooms are great, sharp modern design with everything you need for a stay of one night or a couple of weeks with the family. I went in the off season so excellent value for money.

  Great location by the pier and close to restaurants, shops and the Saturday market. The room was great - we had a two bedroom suite for four people. See had a balcony overlooking the pools, which was great for the view but did mean there was a little noise. Not a complaint just something to note! Weird definitely return for another visit. Also good value.

  Driveway to entry is terrible especially if you are checking in and if there is a car parked and parked for a long time means you have to back your vehicle back down the driveway around a sharp corner... staff friendly at the reception desk....everything is extra. Only allow 4 coffee pods for 2 ppl for 2 days or you have to pay extra.....bath towels very thin and you don't get the usual toiletries.. unit is advertised as a jet bath suite but you have to purchase your own bubbles at woollies.
