  My van had a broken clutch and they were the only ones who could fix it in the same week so i chose them. They towed the car away, no problem at all. They said it will be finished on the next day. After i called them several times they told me that they need another day.

  They said on the next day it will be finished in the morning. That was okay for me as I have booked a room in Sydney for the next day. The whole day no one called me so uncalled them and they said to me at 5pm in the evening that the parts have only arrived at the morning so they need another day. Good to know, nice cancellation fee for my room. Generally the communication is very bad and I always had to call them several times. On the next day, the car was finished at 13pm. That's a very long time for 4 working hours. They brought me the car, I paid an in my opinion very high amount and they left. So I jumped in the car and just wanted to start my trip, but the car didn't start. It didn't do anything. I called them again if they can give me a jumpstart because they only were a couple of minutes away and I paid such an high amount to them to get a car that doesn't start in the end, but they said that's "not possible". Absolutely ridiculous.
